Our manufacturing facility in Worsley, Manchester, is well equipped with extrusion equipment which allows us to manufacture a great variety of plastic extrusion profiles. We can make a wide range of standard rigid and flexible tubes and rods to order.
From the designing of your product to the tooling and development, we will ensure the fit and function meets your expectations and needs, advising on the best material and process or quoting for an existing product.

Being a manufacturer of PVC flooring profiles, FM Extrusions are able to hold large stocks, and we operate a trade counter direct to you.
There is no need to open an account with us, call in any time for 1, 2, or 10 boxes which means you don’t have to carry heavy stocks. If you're left short on any job, we are here to help.
We also stock a selection of the highest quality spray adhesives. The adhesives are compatible with our PVC flooring profiles. The formulations have been rigorously tested to be fit for purpose before being marketed. Please contact us further if you require any more information.
